By accessing or using TABsense Pickup ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TABsense Pickup provides a platform that enables:

• Customers: To browse restaurant menus, place pickup orders, and track order status
• Restaurant Owners: To create branded ordering apps, manage menus, and receive orders
• ChatGPT Users: To order food using natural language through OpenAI's ChatGPT

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Provide a valid phone number for order notifications
• Pick up orders at the specified time and location
• Pay for orders upon pickup as indicated
• Not misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means

Orders and Payments

• All orders are placed directly with the respective restaurant
• Prices displayed are set by individual restaurants and may change without notice
• Payment is made directly to the restaurant upon pickup
• Restaurants reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

Restaurant Owner Terms

Restaurant owners using the Service agree to:

• Provide accurate menu information and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

ChatGPT Integration

When using TABsense Pickup through ChatGPT:

• Your use is also subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service and Usage Policies
• Orders placed through ChatGPT are processed the same as web orders
• You can disconnect the app at any time through ChatGPT settings

Limitation of Liability

TABsense Pickup acts as a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for:

• Food quality, preparation, or safety at restaurants
• Accuracy of restaurant menu information or pricing
• Restaurant availability or order fulfillment issues
• Any disputes between customers and restaurants

Intellectual Property

The TABsense Pickup platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TABsense and protected by intellectual property laws. Restaurant content (logos, menus, etc.) remains the property of respective restaurant owners.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
